OSF not appending version

When uploading to osf with these settings:

we are getting this OSF folder structure:

The version is not being appended, for some reason. I don't understand why, as it worked with path before (for 23RozotOperatorComp).

This wasn't a bug - it's just that it merged (correctly) based on the title.
