Assess if quarto just builds all files to `_site` folder

Happened in DataTidyACSCyTOFFAUST, for some reason.

There was no _quarto.yml file:

No docs directory was created, as the files all resides in _site:

Odd, since this hasn't happened otherwise. It all just worked fine now in another project.
