[Lancheng Qin] It is a gap when BCP 84 works properly. In scenario 1, the improper permit is because loose uRPF at provider interface accepts all source addresses existing in FIB. In scenario 2, the improper permit is because EFP-uRPF algorithm B at customer interface accepts all source addresses of the customer cone.
