[Lancheng Qin] Although AS1 sends the BGP announcement to each provider (i.e., AS2 and AS3), AS4 only learns the route to AS1 from AS3 due to the “NO EXPORT” in the BGP announcement destined to AS2. If AS3 is peer of AS4, EFP-uRPF algorithm A and algorithm B will have improper block problem. If AS3 is customer of AS4, only EFP-uRPF algorithm A will have improper block problem.

Antoin Verschuren (IETF114 chat box): The problem is that AS4 can never learn that AS1 is in its customer cone

Igor Lubashev (IETF114 meeting): If it is C2P from AS3 to AS4, EFP-uRPF Algo-B will not have improper blocks problem; but if it is P2P here, Algo-B will have improper blocks.
