Cannot compile package #2

Compilation of the package fpowm with Lazarus (trunk, fpc 3.04/32bit, Win 10/64 bit) fails with this error.

Package fpowm 0.0: Executing command before: cannot find executable "windres.exe", Errors: 1 Panic: internal error: cannot find executable "windres.exe"

Same problem with Laz 1.8.4.

Found it: Remove the section ExecuteBefore from the lpk file
