I would like to use your PyTom software with the GUI.

Unfortunately with the Sbgrid package, only Pytom is available without the GUI (the pytom/dev/gui_beta path is missing).

Is it possible for you to contact Sbgrid to fix this issue?

We are currently working on a new pytom release which should be out in a few weeks. I will look into this when the new version is posted.

Hi Emmanuelle, Indeed still working on it, I just pushed the new version to this repository.

For info on what has been updated, see https://github.com/FridoF/PyTom/releases/tag/1.0

When it will be available on sbgrid, I cannot tell you. We first need to get in contact with them and we're busy with other things. If you want to give the installation a go yourself, instructions are available in the README. If you need help with installing, I can also aid you.
