Possible code duplications #52

There are a couple possible code duplication spots in the code (which is very bad from a maintenance perspective), the ones I notice will be added to this list and will be crossed off if they are dealt with:

[ ] pytom.agnostic.correlation.argmax and pytom.gpu.gpuFunctions.argmax
[ ] pytom.agnostic.correlation and pytom.basic.correlation seem have a lot of overlap

Agnostic should work on numpy/cupy arrays. Basic should work on pytom_volumes.
