We should ignore more autogenerated files #53

In SBC-Utrecht/PyTomPrivate#150 I noticed that we still track a couple swig generated files in the repository such as the files added in d3799ef . This seems like unnecessary bloat to me and we should probably remove these files from the repo and add them to the .gitignore
