Add shape to pytom volume

This:

• [x] adds .shape to pytom.lib.pytom_volume.vol
• [x] forces C++11 for the compilation to be able to use std::tuple

(I ran into an unexpected issue in #171 which could be best solve by adding a shape attribute that mimics numpy.array.shape)
