Permanent Vehicles ("Server Vehicle")

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I restart the server all the vehicles despawning (as expected) I want to be able to keep some vehicles on map so every time the server restart the vehicles will still be there.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new system that called "Server Vehicle" or something that allows you to create server vehicle (vehicle that belongs to the server) and when you create it the vehicle will be spawned in his location once the server started again (You can add a option that allows you to control if the vehicle will be permanent visible or nor [be spawn on on server load])

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried some things but without success, also it will be so much valuable for everyone this particular feature in my opinion (:

Additional context
I'm waiting on this feature for almost 2 years (I never opened a ticket till now when admin on discord server told me to) but every time I joined the discord server to ask this feature I got a response that: "It will be implemented soon" but it never been.

This will be added to the v3 recode with medium priority. I agree that there should be a way to spawn display vehicles that don't despawn.

well this reply isn't as quick but the current estimated time of public beta is the end of Q1
