fix provides metadata #13

The file in provides metadata should be the full path to the file.

Thanks for making me aware of this. I wasn't award that the path was needed (as a matter of fact, I was explicitly stripping out the path).

My Makefile.PL is automatically generated, so I won't apply your patch, but I've modified the script that produced it and future releases will all have the path.
