Unable to determine TZ on NixOS #25

$ perl -MDate::Manip ERROR: Date::Manip unable to determine Time Zone. GMT will be used. ERROR: Date::Manip unable to determine Time Zone. GMT will be used.

This is due to Date/Manip/Tz.pm _init() not finding any of files or absoilute commands listed under Unix.

Woops, my mistake. This is already patched in nixpkgs/pkgs/top-level/perl-packages.nix
