I am the requester. For consistency, I would prefer this processing to be performed with the same release and workflow planned for #17, if that release is already known (the linked issue mentions v09_90_00). On the other end, if the release/workflow of #17 are not established yet, then I would not wait and instead go either with your best guess of it, or with v09_89_01_01 as in the original request.
