Switch to Ellipsoidal Modified Box Model #711

Should we switch our recombination model to the Ellipsoidal Modified Box recombination model? This would be a straightforward fcl switch in our fcl chain (I think in LArG4 service).

This systematic effect is O(3%) and is already integrated into LArSim
