CI Validation for ICARUS #20

Modules TPCSim, CRT, PDS are adjusted for ICARUS Modules ShowerValidation and PDParticleValidation are adjusted to work with one cryostat Energy and Density cuts are set to zero for ShowerValdiation

Module dEdx is not adjusted (no CaloModule analog in icarus data yet)

All files are placed in a separate directory with no link to the rest of the code (since sbnci does not depend on icaruscode it would break it)
