OpFlash for PEPerOpDet Attribute not completely filled #473

The PEPerOpDet attribute of OpFlash is designed to be a vector equal to the length of all PDS components (120 PMTs + 192 XAs). However, the vector is only 306 elements long. This is because the last 6 XAs don't get filled. This is needed for flash matching in XAs.

Closing issue since workarounds have already been developed.
