Expand package to incorporate ProgInR code #21

@soniamitchell - I think it's simpler to add in the ProgInR package into this one. That way everything is in one place. What do you think?

Yea.. I did think about this, but again.. thought the point was that {progInR} was a simple package structure for the students to play with. This package has a bit more going on, that should be explained in the lecture.. and it might get more complicated still, depending on what happens in the future. It’s up to you though :)
