Names don't match #220

In Practical 3-1 it asks:

'Navigate back to the root of your package, then into the R directory, and open the step_deterministic_birth_death.R file in a new tab.'

The file is actually called: step_birth_death.R

It is the correct function file, but made me worry I was missing a file with the different names.
