Practical 4-3 - tax2dist() #3

I changed c(GenusSpecies=0, Genus=0, Other=1) to c(GenusSpecies=0, Genus=0, Family=1, Other=1)... I don't believe we have any kind of lazy taxonomic unit selection?

I thought we did, but I could easily be wrong!

Or you might be right! Either way, the documentation doesn't talk about it.. and being explicit might be clearer for the students.

I've redone the documentation pages by the way and given {rdiversity} a vignette, which is in the articles tab, on pages. It might be worth adding other more detailed vignettes to make the package easier to use.
