3.6.0-beta-9 not working for 1.13.2 #146

Hello,

I've tried out the "3.6.0-beta-9" and it doesn't work. Then I tried out the "3.6.0-beta-1" and it works.

Pls help me out and fix it please!

It shows this: [07:17:16] [Server thread/INFO]: [AsyncWorldEdit] AsyncWorldEdit won't work properly. [07:17:16] [Server thread/INFO]: [AsyncWorldEdit] Exception: java.io.IOException
