e_coli_core model misses charge information #208

In the SBML of e_coli_core no charge information is written. All charges on the model at http://bigg.ucsd.edu/models/e_coli_core/metabolites are None.

I checked one or two other models in v1.2 and also no charge information. Probably the charge is not written in the SBML models.

Yeah, we still have not adopted "universal charges" (see #190), so if the charge is not in the original model, it will not be applied to the model in BiGG. When #190 is finished, we should have a comprehensive solution.
