hi ,i am beginner in programing field and i want to load Cb models in MATLAB , for example i downloaded the XML model from BIGG and load it in MATLAB , after loading when i optimize my cell model , all of xml model has not (f) variable

Hi @Tohid89, this sounds more of a problem of the software you are using to load the SBML model in Matlab. I assume you use the Matlab Cobra version to load the Bigg model, so you should ask also in the COBRA user group for an answer. If it is a model definition problem it belongs here. M
