Pseudogenes in Recon3D #290

There are some pseudogenes in RECON3D which don't belong there and should be removed from the genes and the gene associations:

I will use this repository as issue tracker for RECON3D until something else is available.

We've passed this issue on to VMH and they are looking into it.
