¿How to code a new reaction according to the codes of the BIGG database? #293

I am working on a new genome-scale model and I have new reactions that are not in the reference model. How could I encode the name of the metabolites or the global reactions following the rules of BiGG? How could I seek an equivalent reaction to my new reaction in the reference model of BiGG?

You can look for equivalent reactions and metabolites by looking up external database links in the advanced search:

http://bigg.ucsd.edu/advanced_search
