BIGG metabolites to ModelSeed #295

Dear all,

I did not find any similar question in your issue list. Is it possible to parse a set of BIGG metabolites to ModelSeed?

Some culture media are modeled with BIGG nomenclature but I was not able to find a way to make a BIGG to SEED "translation". It would be really useful.

Many bigg metabolites already have links to seed. e.g.:

http://bigg.ucsd.edu/universal/metabolites/10fthf
