In the web services all database links which map to miriam registry collections start with https://identifiers.org prefix. Only the reactome links follow a different schema.
E.g. on http://bigg.ucsd.edu/api/v2/universal/metabolites/aacoa All links are of the form http://identifiers.org/hmdb/HMDB01484 with exception of http://www.reactome.org/content/detail/R-ALL-191293
