How to annotate Mouse RNA seq assembly data #356

If possible can anyone here guide me how to annotate Mice RNA seq data (assembly based protein coding genes) against Bigg database and construct a sbml format model?

I'm not aware of any resources to help easily do this. Our API does provide access to the data you would need (http://bigg.ucsd.edu/data_access), but I have not seen a tool or guide that would make it easy. Sorry about that!
