Thank you for the great tool for study microbial systems. I'm not sure if it's proper to report this as an error, but there is an updated reference genome sequence for B REL606 strain in NCBI.
The updated NCBI genome site is this one: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/254160123
Thus the NCBI ID would be: NC_012967.1
Also I noticed that there is an update for the model. It would be great if there is an update record for briefly discussing the updated contents.
