Wrong GPR in OAADC of Pseudomonas putida KT2440 model iJN1463 #369

The current GPR for OAADC states that the associated gene is PP_1024. This is wrong. It should be PP_1389. This also affects the annotation of that reaction. The correct EC code for the reaction in the model is 4.1.1.112.
