BiGG model database found in the BiGG Models API does not contain BiGG identifiers #408

Description of the issue

BiGG model database found in the BiGG Models API does not contain BiGG identifiers. This creates problems for CarveMe, for instance, to create GEMs that are consistent within the BiGG namespace.
