The NADP+ dependent glyceraldehyde dehydrogenase should not generate 3-phospho-D-glyceroyl phosphate rather than 3-phospho-D-glycerate. There is steep difference in energetics between NAD+->NADH and NADP+->NADPH and the reaction energetics should NOT allow the generation of NADPH & ATP (pgk). Instead glyceraldehyde is directly converted to glycerate.
