iRC1080: gene ids are weird : CRv4_Au5.s1.g1496.t1

iNL403: doesn't upload because of a reaction error exception: raise Exception('%s not an exchange reaction' % str(reaction)) Exception: HtrnsEX_Neuron not an exchange reaction

iMM1415: I may be finding more genes than 1415

At some point in the future (but not before submission) we can check the https://github.com/aebrahim/m_model_collection for any models that have _pyrc and add them to the BiGG db (unless we alread have them)
