Fix legend to compare_imodulons_vs_regulons #86

The legend of compare_imodulons_vs_regulons has different categories with different size Selection_006

Two fixes should be made: 1) Make all circles the same size 2) Add a legend entry showing different sizes and what that means as far as # genes in each iModulon
