improved angular project build scripts and common structure

Adds support for better ability to debug code with inspector. Add Angular ui-router Gulp build scripts mostly taken from https://github.com/Swiip/generator-gulp-angular

The build seems to fail, please check what the problem might be before I'll merge this PR; There's a few other PRs coming - please merge the latest stuff with master before an updated PR.

The change is a bit monolithic one - please send the individual bits in the future. After discussing with F2F, what you would like to achieve is:

• Split the build by tasks (fixes also some of the challenges with dev & release deps)
• Source maps support (or better, have the individual AngularJS files injected in the right order)
• Parameters to disable tests (because of the unreliability of the test runner) and source maps (because they are big)
• Change the file structure to better match AngularJS projects; just rename them to some sample name, so that they will not conflict with real project's file names (eases the merge cases)
• Introduce some unit testing framework (e.g. Karma), too

I will have a look at these individually. I think they all have valid reasoning, so expect them to be done unless somebody else finds them difficult to accept.
