Introduced a build task because integration only combined resources (also needed for working Docker setup)
Updated npm script paths to work also in Docker environment
Updated documentation regarding to Docker
Using additional parameters to allow isntalling bower and npm with root permissions

Juha, can you comment a bit on where we would need root permissions for bower & npm? I'd think it would be better to everything in application space.

Agreed. I'll rework this PR.

Pull-request updated and rebased - now using a custom app user. Also cleaned up the npm scripts.
