Synoptic URL not working #2907

Describe the bug Going to url /Scada-LTS/app.shtm#/synoptic-panel/1 does not load synoptic panel with id 1, you get a blank page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a synoptic
  2. Copy the url (ej. /Scada-LTS/app.shtm#/synoptic-panel/1)
  3. Paste it on another tab
  4. You get a blank page

Expected behavior The synoptic is loaded automatically.

Additional context This bug is annoying when trying to share a url with a specific synoptic.
