Fixed Changing register range for coil and input status in Modbus IP #2915

Describe the bug When you open modbus IP edit view you can change modbus data type for input status and coil status. Those data type are using only binary modbus data type.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to data sources
  2. Create Modbus IP data source
  3. See Modbus data type in Point locator test window that is editable for coil status -> ERROR

Expected behavior For Input and Coil status register range Modbus data type dropdown list should be disabled and modbus data type set to binary
