Fixed icons placement on data point list #2926

Expected Behavior Icons like "Edit data point", "Point properties" and "Copy" should be more spread out to reduce chance of miss clicks. It should look similar to icons in data source list.

Actual Behavior Icons are packed up and really close to eachother.
