Update Angular to v18 #71

Updated Angular to v18, including the imports
Fixed remaining security issues
Removed unused imports
Added testing for Node.js v22 for testing with GitHub Actions
Updated Node.js version in Dockerfiles to node:22.9.0

I checked the tests and the local deployment of the website, but because I do not know what the functions are intended to do further check might be good.
