Note that our automated testing does run some scripts that do not import any scalems modules and produce no coverage data. We run some scripts in examples/lammps_files/simple_lammps that are currently only used to validate our understanding of environment preparation and the lammps python interface.
Extend test coverage reporting to the tested examples. Remove examples that are not tested.
