Add a preliminary example script for RP backed execution.
Update the docker recipes.
Update some required versions.

This patch is necessary to facilitate discussions on directions for next steps. The version requirement increases are a bit aggressive, but I think it is better to merge this branch now and fix any problems it causes, as necessary.
