Processed layers have been pushed to the working repo. The full data set for each species on PANGAEA includes daily, weekly, and monthly files from 2002-2019, as well as summary layers by month (mean, SD, median, quartiles, CV, ...). It's way too much to add in full here, so I've added the mean and SD per month per species for 48 layers total, and a note in the data_usage_notes that the original archive contains more.
