Data https://github.com/ryanreisinger/soPredatorRegions

Taxonomic groups covered marine predators (bioregons are not species-specific, think it's best to list individual species in the usage notes?)

Input data type animal tracking

Modelling method clustering

Type of output bioregionalization

Model performance score and the measure used NA

Uncertainty type NA

Code URL https://github.com/ryanreisinger/soPredatorRegions

Usage notes Bioregions are based on habitat importance of 17 species: Aptenodytes forsteri, Aptenodytes patagonicus, Arctocephalus gazella, Diomedea exulans, Eudyptes chrysolophus, Eudyptes schlegeli, Leptonychotes weddellii, Lobodon carcinophaga, Megaptera novaeangliae, Mirounga leonina, Phoebetria fusca, Phoebetria palpebrata, Procellaria aequinoctialis, Pygoscelis adeliae, Thalassarche chrysostoma, Thalassarche melanophris, Thalassoica antarctica

Merged, thanks. I removed MPA layers (I should have been clearer in the original issue - but these aren't model outputs and so aren't really in scope for this collection, and in any case would need to be stored as vector files rather than raster)

With pleasure ! And yeah, sorry for also adding MPA layers ! I thought at that time it was best to stay as close as possible from the original publication, I will now be more case specific and only add model outputs (which indeed make sense for a model output repo ahah). Thanks for the review on that !

Cheers,

Charlie.
