Thanks @jess-shue. FYI, the 2022 mortality data is ready here. If it is easy for you to bring in the 2022 status instead of the 2021 one, that would be great.
Also, @jess-shue, do you have a list of the checks that are implemented in the app? That would be helpful to avoid coding for the same tests in the GitHub actions.

Hi @ValentineHerr and @teixeirak, I've added some test data to an example_data folder. After some testing, I think David was right about keeping the mortality data with the stem data rather than opening a separate Survey123. I was able to build in some of the same filtering rules so only relevant fields show based on the stem status. The non-endemic species data are included as a separate file because they are being collected in Survey123. It is a very basic survey and could have more details added, but per emails from Bill I was keeping it simple.
