Quadrat Fixes Column 1 #59

There is an issue with the 2023 census data where in column 01, some secondary stems have a random different quadrat assigned (often quadrat 101 but not always).

To fix this we have to assign the quadrat of stem 1 to all the secondary stems, because in column 01 stem 1 is always correct.
