I'm currently reading through the full text now and making adjustments for this.
Tangential - I noticed you keep in Rt_arima throughout the text, but in the describing paragraph of what Rt and Rt_arima are, we say we did parallel results for RT_arima and put those in the SI. Is there a reason you wanted to keep mentioning Rt_arima later on?
Other thought - would it be better if instead of saying "all years combined" to refer to the allyears scenario we come up with a symbol or a shortened acronym? Maybe it's just me but I think it might read easier in some sentences?
This is done, right?
As far as I know! I finished going through the paper from when I commented last

As now defined in the intro, drought resistance is defined as "the ratio of annual growth in a drought year to that which would be expected in the absence of drought based on previous years' growth".
Rt and Rt_ARIMA are specific metrics of drought resistance.
We previously used drought resistance and Rt interchangeably, but now that we have two metrics, we need to be more careful. We need to go through and ensure that "drought resistance" is used where we want a general term, while Rt and Rt_ARIMA refer to the specific metrics.
