fill in mean Rc and Rs #144

@mcgregorian1 , please fill in these numbers:

Recovery was generally strong, with $Rc$ averaging ## in 1966, ##in 1977, and ## in 1999 (Fig. S6), and $Rs$ averaging ## in 1966, ##in 1977, and ## in 1999 (Fig. 1c).

Also here:

Species with overall lowest and highest $Rt$ and $Rs$ were, respectively, Liriodendron tulipifera (mean $Rt$ = 0.66, mean $Rs$ = ##) and Fagus grandifolia (mean $Rt$ = 0.99; mean $Rs$ = #).

Rs litu mean = 1.04 Rs fagr mean = 1.65

Also here:

Ugh.... in an unsaved version on my laptop! Yesterday was that kind of day... Fixed now, added your numbers.
