Making an issue to keep track of going through the coauthor comments

@teixeirak here are outstanding things from coauthor comments. On each draft I responded "done" to the individual comments if it's fully fixed. Otherwise I added a comment of my own.

I also added my own ORCID at the bottom - wasn't sure tho if that's only for you as the corresponding author

Whoops, sorry this most recent commit from me should have been for #148

@mcgregorian1 , thanks for integrating all those comments. I reviewed the changes from both AT and LS, and checked the comment from Lawren in the word doc. I agree with you that its too much to get into a discussion of beech root structure, plus deep roots don't necessarily save trees during drought (if they rely on constant supply of deep water, then when that gets hit they're really in trouble).
