@mcgregorian1,

Please keep the dAIC values in the results table, regardless of the direction of the coefficient. We'll only need/want the NAs in the manuscript (and its helpful to see them in the results tables). Then we can delete the second small table added to the outline.

Ok, I've made the change both in the outline.md file and the code itself. I'm going to close this issue.
