Did trees that died in 2016-17 have the same drought response? #24

@mcgregorian1, This is a bit off-topic, but I'd be curious to see if the trees that died had the same drought response as those that lived past 2017.

I've looked at this, and it seems there's not too much of a difference. In the graph below, "live" indicates lived past 2017 (and thus were alive in 2018 census). It should be noted there are more trees that are still living compared to those that died since being cored.

If you look at all canopy positions, you get this. Both these graphs include the outliers and values >2 that we decided to exclude for the model runs.
